What are your hours?
Dallas Eye Care is available to see patients Monday through Friday from 7:45 to 5:00.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, VSP, and most HMO and PPO plans. Please
call our office or you may e-mail us with your insurance information.
We would be glad to verify your benefits and either call or e-mail you
back with the information.
Do you take Medicare assignment?
Yes. We will file your insurance for you as well as your supplemental policies.
Which credit cards do you accept?
Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

How long will it take to receive my contact lenses?
You should receive disposable lenses within 3-4 days. Hard or gas
permeable lenses can be received with 2 days. If you have broken or
lost a hard or gas permeable lens and if ordered before 10:00 a.m., you
can receive it the same day.
Can I have my contact lenses mailed?
Yes. There is a $7.00 mailing fee. We will include free contact lens solutions with your contact lenses.
